Mimetes Theos is the transliterated Greek expression for "Imitators of God." This theme is found in Ephesians 5:1 which states "Therefore be imitators of God as beloved children."

The Chi ("X") and Theta (O with horizontal line) are Greek letters used to symbolize Christ (Xristos) and God the Father (Theos). The "M" represents the imitators of God (Mimetes). The "M" overlays the "X" in such a way as to communicate the idea of "conforming to the image of Christ" and making Him visible to the world. The M is also in the transition of turning from black to red which symbolizes the sanctifying power of Christ's blood in the life a believer walking in faith.
