Mix until consistent and roll out. Cut into small shapes. Bake at 300°F about 25 minutes or until a light tan. When cookies have cooled you may optionally ice them using a combination of confectionary sugar, butter, and milk. Recipe can be doubled if desired. Note: You may substitute a little icing sugar for the light brown sugar in order to make the cookies a lighter brown color.
