Peach Cobbler

3 cups sliced canned peaches in heavy syrup
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 stick of butter or margarine

Put the peaches in a casserole disk and sprinkle the lemon juice over them. Then mix the flour, sugar, and egg until the mix is all moist and crumbly. Crumble mix over the peaches and then pour melted butter over the dough. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes until evenly brown.
