White Chili

2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Corriander
2 tsp Salt
½ tsp Cayene Pepper
2 Tbsp Veg. Oil
3 Cans 15oz. Great Northern White Beans
2 ½ Cup Chicken Broth
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Onion, grated
1 Can Chopped Green Chillies

Cook and shred chicken. Brown onions in oil, then stir in chilies and spices, and reduce heat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Let cool, then store in refrigerator overnight. Next morning, put chili in crockpot and simmer on low for 2 to 4 hours.
