Craig Given is the lead Kronos systems analyst for Cox Enterprises headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.  With $15 billion in revenue and 50,000 employees, Cox is a leading communications, media and automotive services company with a coast-to-coast presence in the United States and an international presence in 15 different countries.

Craig’s primary focus is on payroll time & attendance, but his technical skills extend to web, database, and security technologies. Craig uses these resources to plan, design, develop, implement, and support technology solutions at Cox Enterprises and its subsidiaries.

Craig has been with Cox Enterprises since 2008.  For 19 years prior to that, Craig was a systems analyst at Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He was the primary administrator and support for their time & attendance, human resources, and payroll systems and an assistant database administrator for the underlying Oracle databases.

Craig earned an associate degree in Information Systems from Chattanooga State and served as president of their DPMA chapter.  After graduating he continued to serve on Chattanooga State’s advisory board to their Information System department.  Prior to Chattanooga State, Craig also studied at Tennessee Temple University and the NTM Bible Institute of Jackson, Michigan.  Craig has also served as an instructor in the Timothy School and the Salt Institute in Chattanooga and was a guest lecturer at the Qëndra për Drejtuesite Krishterë (Center for Christian Leadership) in Tirana, Albania.
