On 10/03/23 I learned that a paint class was scheduled over top of our timeslot. I contacted the Activities Director who confirmed that our session has been preempted, more cancellations were coming, and that the existing schedule would not be reinstated. Consequently, we are no longer hosting gaming sessions.
